How ordering works

2. Shop the menu. Add flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles and more, and choose delivery at checkout.
3. Have your ID ready. You must be 21+ with a valid government photo ID, our driver verifies age on arrival, every time.
4. We come to you. Your order is packed discreetly and brought to your door.

What you can get delivered

Everything on our shelves is available for delivery, the same 100+ flower strains, plus vapes, edibles, pre-rolls and concentrates. Weekly deals and Ledger rewards apply to delivery orders too.

Zones, minimums and hours

Delivery is organized into four zones, with order minimums that scale with distance, from $50 in Zone 1 to $250 in Zone 4, and delivery itself is always free. Delivery runs Mon–Thu 11am–8pm, Fri–Sat 11am–10pm and Sun 11am–7:30pm, so ordering earlier in the day gives the best shot at same-day service.

Getting ready for your first delivery

A little preparation makes the handoff quick. Because the driver verifies age in person on arrival, plan to be home when your order is on its way, with a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. That also means an order can't simply be left on the porch. A few other details help:

• Add the full address. Include an apartment or unit number and any building or gate instructions at checkout.
• Keep your phone nearby. If the driver has trouble finding the entrance, a quick call sorts it out.
• Have payment ready. Payment is by cash or debit, so have one of those on hand.
• Order earlier when you can. Earlier orders give the best chance at same-day service.

Delivery or pickup?

Both options pull from the same shelves, so the choice comes down to convenience. Delivery makes sense when you are settled in at home, short on time, or farther north in the county. In-store pickup at 1307 North Ave works well if you are already near New Rochelle, want to talk products through with a budtender face to face, or would like to see packaging before you buy. Many customers use both: pickup for a first visit to get oriented, then delivery once they know what they like.

Building a smart delivery order

Each zone has an order minimum, so it often makes sense to plan a slightly bigger order rather than several small ones. Before you check out, read the product details on the menu. If you are new, a mix of formats, such as a few pre-rolls and a low-dose edible, lets you find what you like. Just keep the total within New York's possession limit for adults 21 and older: 3 ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrate.

After the knock: storage and safe use

Your order arrives in sealed, labeled packaging, which keeps the product fresh and keeps lab and batch information attached. Leave it in that packaging and store it somewhere cool, dark and out of reach of children and pets. Keep in mind that cannabis can't be consumed in a vehicle in New York, and driving while impaired is illegal, so delivery to your door is often the simplest way to keep everything at home where it belongs.
