Cannabis Strain Guide
A working guide to the flower on our shelves. Learn how indica, sativa and hybrid differ, what THC and terpenes really tell you, and browse the 100+ strains currently stocked at our New Rochelle dispensary, then shop for pickup or Westchester delivery.
Indica vs. Sativa vs. Hybrid
Indica strains are traditionally associated with relaxing, body-forward effects, great for evenings, rest and unwinding. Sativa strains lean uplifting and cerebral, a better fit for daytime, focus and social energy. Hybrids blend the two, and make up the majority of a modern menu.
In practice, the indica/sativa label is only a starting point. A strain's terpenes, the aromatic compounds behind its smell, and your own tolerance shape the real experience as much as its lineage. Use this guide to narrow things down, then ask our budtenders to match a strain to how you actually want to feel.

Strain Questions
Strain Guide FAQs
What's the difference between indica, sativa and hybrid?
Traditionally, indica strains are associated with relaxing, body-heavy effects best for evenings; sativa strains with uplifting, cerebral, daytime effects; and hybrids with a blend of both. In reality, a strain's terpene profile and your own tolerance matter as much as the indica/sativa label, our budtenders can help you match effects to your goals.
What does the THC percentage mean?
THC percentage estimates potency, the share of the flower's weight that is THC. Most of our flower ranges from roughly 18% to 35%. Higher isn't always better; terpenes and cannabinoid balance shape the actual experience. If you're newer, start lower and go slow.
